Catch.info is a platform provided by the company S.A.W., which is based in Austria, Europe, that provides backorder services to catch domains on a high quality level.
Our main goal is it to provide a great service at fair prices, which can only be reached in our opinion by keeping to some principles:

There are NO hidden fees at catch.info. All prices are excl. VAT. Whenever you order a domain there is no extra cost (except the regular VAT) added to the price you order the domain for. No "administration fee", no "paypal fee", no "registration fee" for the first year, or whatever.

We believe in transparency, which means we don´t use any hidden auction systems like others do, but rather more - in case a domain is ordered by more than 1 customer - do a transparent auction system with full realtime auction history visible to all bidders, but - to honor our customer's privacy - to no one else than these bidders. This is what we ask from you as well - we don´t accept any bogus data since we want to know whome we are doing business with.

Support isn´t just a word for us, but we rather try answering any support inquiry as fast as possible. Some of our regular customers even know our private mobile numbers in order to reach us any time needed.

Based on our experience in domaining and catching domains for over a decade now, we are capable of creating catch software that does both: Obey the respective nic´s rules AND be successful on high quality domain catches.

We try to attend domainer meetings as often as possible since we believe the quality of a personal contact is usually better than "only" email contact. We are happy and proud to say that some of our regular customers have become more than just customers through personal contact, they have become friends.
